Dynasty Events is a newly established event venue located in Charlotte, NC. This 1,200 sqft venue is ideal for corporate events, birthday parties, family gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, wedding receptions, and so much more!

We provide 6ft rectangle tables and black folding chairs. *Renter is responsible for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs* Venue rental includes 1 hour setup and 1 hour cleanup complimentary. Any additional time needed for setup/ cleanup would be the standard rental rate.
Rental Rates & Timeframes:
Monday - Thursday $100 per hour
Friday - Sunday before 6pm $140 per hour
Friday - Sunday after 6pm $160 per hour
Full Day Rental - $850
If not booking full day must select timeframe between 9am - 5pm or between 6pm - 12am.
*3 Hour minimum required*
Reservation Deposit & Payments:
There is a security deposit of $200. In order to reserve the desired event date 50% of the venue rental and 50% of the security deposit must be submitted. Reservation deposit is nonrefundable.
Final payment must be submitted one week prior to event date. Security deposit will be refunded upon final inspection of venue if no damage is incurred and event is cleaned up within allotted timeframe.
Vendors:
Outside catering is permitted. There is not a kitchen on-site so all food items must be prepared prior to arrival.
Alcohol Policy:
Must obtain a Special Event permit in order to serve alcoholic beverages. Refer to https://abc.nc.gov/Permit/QualificationLSO/ for detailed requirements. Forms available upon request.
